Clinton Oliver
Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.
Clint Oliver is playing in this year’s Capital Cup to raise $25,000 for Powerhouse Ministries in Folsom, a mission that has become deeply personal to him. Raised by a mother who sacrificed everything for her kids and endured incredibly difficult circumstances, Clint learned firsthand that sometimes all it takes is one person who refuses to give up on you to change the course of your life.
That’s why Powerhouse Ministries resonates with him. The organization offers a way out for people ready to break free from cycles of homelessness, addiction, abuse, sex trafficking, mental illness, and incarceration, walking alongside them to rebuild confidence, restore dignity, and create a path toward a better future.
By playing in the Capital Cup, Clint is joining a field of local leaders competing not just for a trophy, but for the causes they care about most. Modeled after the Ryder Cup, the tournament pits two teams against each other in a three-day competition, with proceeds benefiting each golfer’s chosen charity. The winning team’s charities split a $100,000 prize fund, and the event has raised more than $20 million for Sacramento-region nonprofits since it began.
Clint is asking for your support to help Powerhouse Ministries offer hope, a second chance, and someone who believes in them to people rebuilding their lives.
