Anthony Uribe
Wilton Rancheria
Anthony Uribe is proud to represent the Rancho Cordova Community Food Hub at the 2026 L5 Investment Capital Cup. Today Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Wilton Rancheria, California’s Capital Tribe, Anthony previously served as Senior Field Representative for Congressman Ami Bera. In 2026 he was named the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s Young Professional of the Year and recognized by Congressman Bera on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.
As a first-generation Mexican American, Anthony’s connection to food runs deep, rooted in family recipes and memories of his mother sharing groceries with relatives and neighbors during the pandemic. That experience taught him that food insecurity can touch any family, and that generosity has a way of multiplying. It’s what draws him to the Community Food Hub, a welcoming, grocery-style market where families choose the foods that best meet their needs, preserving both culture and dignity.
“I believe leadership means showing up, bringing people together, and using every opportunity to build something meaningful,” Anthony says. “I am proud to play on behalf of the Community Food Hub and the families it serves throughout our region.”
Funds raised through the Capital Cup will help the Community Food Hub provide grocery-style food access, nutrition education, and connections to essential services for more than 1,500 local families each week.
